Bathroom sanitaryware is guaranteed against manufacturing defects, provided it has been cared for and installed in accordance with our instructions. Please note that the guarantee does not cover defects arising from reasonable wear and tear, and is not applicable on furniture products or products with moving parts. The guarantee does not cover any products that have been modified, altered or transformed in any way. Furthermore, the guarantee does not cover products that have been moved from their original installation position for any reason. The guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser of the bathrooms products and is not transferable.
